About me
My name is Katie Wykamp and I am a recent graduate from Billy Blue College of Design, Torrens University with a Bachelor of Interior Design (Residential) I am a motivated and determined designer who has been passionate about interior design for as long as I can remember. The process of designing spaces through my individual design process and knowledge of the elements & principals of design in order to create a space in which benefits an individual or the wider community is extremely fulfilling and a career I knew I wanted to embark on. My vision and ideology is to not only design & deliver spaces which embrace these elements & principals by finding a balance within them, yet also sets out to provoke curiosity.
I believe that good design has the capacity to improve all elements of one's physical and mental well-being and it is my ambition to dig deeply into the needs of the clients who will be using these spaces to develop solutions that are tailored specifically to their needs and desires. I am a passionate designer who works well both individually and collectively within a team. Producing high, professional levels of work is something I constantly strive to achieve. It is critical to me that I deliver the best work possible on every project I have the privilege to work on.
