Project Description
Located on the water font at Wentworth Point NSW, The Bellagio offers the unique opportunity for residents to surround themselves amongst nature, a large expanse of parks and reserves. The Apartments at Bellagio are part of a carefully considered living master plan for a unique urban precinct that’s right next to a rapidly expanding major business and retail hub.
Wentworth Point is a development that will bring together the best in apartment living with a more social and responsible approach to community and the natural environment. The brief for this project was to redesign a two story apartment located within this complex, The Bellagio apartment features an open plan design overlooking the water front with a large outdoor patio & terrace being a major feature. The design has a neutral Scandinavian aesthetic and focuses on bespoke custom designed elements, including all custom designed joinery & a beautiful focal staircase.
This two-story property includes a large scale, opulent master bedroom with spectacular water views, a walk-in closet and ensuite. In addition, the guest bedroom also features built-in wardrobes and an ensuite. The open layout offers an inclusive setting in which the kitchen, dining, and living areas are all in close proximity to one another. A private, enclosed study was a must in this apartment, which boasts great views of the the water, custom designed joinery and access to the terrace.
